(BLOOMINGTON) – Due to the winter storm, the IU Health Medical Arts COVID-19 Vaccination site at 619 W. First Street in Bloomington will be closed Monday, Feb. 15.
The IU Health COVID-19 Vaccination site at 1075 N. Sandy Hook Road in Paoli will be closed Monday, Feb. 15 and Tuesday, Feb. 16.
If you have an appointment, you will receive communication on how to reschedule. If you need further assistance, call 211.
