(LOOGOOTEE) – David E. Ferguson, 62, of Loogootee, was arrested Thursday, Feb. 4th, by Daviess County Sheriff’s Department deputies on a warrant for child molesting.
According to a probable cause affidavit, charges against Ferguson stem from a report that was filed on July 22, 2020. Ferguson allegedly inappropriately touched a 13-year-old child on multiple occasions.
Ferguson is being held in the Daviess County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
