(BEDFORD) – The Bedford Chamber of Commerce recently hired Michaela Cox to fill the role of Membership and Communications Director.
Michaela is from Campbellsburg, Indiana, and is a graduate of Ball State University, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a focus in economics. Her previous experience in public relations at the David Owsley Museum of Art in Muncie, IN, and member services at Orange County REMC, in Orleans, IN, will assist her in her new position.
Her first day at the Chamber was Thursday, October 29.
The Membership and Communications Director is responsible for member relationships, event planning, and public relations. Michaela will assist and grow new and existing members of the Bedford Chamber, actively visit members to advance relationships with the Chamber and work to ensure that members are achieving their full potential through their membership.
