(BEDFORD) – North Lawrence Community Schools, based on the recommendation from the Indiana State Department of Health, will implement a hybrid learning schedule at the middle and high school levels.
School officials were notified by the Lawrence County Health Department that Lawrence County now has a weekly positivity rate of between 10 and 15 percent and over 100 new cases.
Elementary schools will continue with in-person learning five days a week at this time.
Beginning Monday, October 26th through Friday, November 6th, Bedford North Lawrence High School, Bedford Middle School, and Oolitic Middle School in-person students will attend two days a week in-person and three days a week virtually.

Families will be updated on Wednesday, November 4th on whether they will be returning to in-person five days a week or remain in a hybrid schedule.
