According to Sheriff Mike Branham  a male in his mid-fifties was found by his mother in his garage after experiencing a medical issue. The male passed away. An autopsy has been performed and the preliminary findings are cause of death was a heart related issue

  • 12:02 p.m. 911 call in the 170 block of Dale Street. A toddler was playing with the phone
  • 12:10 p.m. Medical emergency in the 1240 block of South Kenray Lake Road. A female fell and hurt her hand
  • 12:25 p.m. Fire alarm sounding at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Mitchell
  • 12:34 p.m. Medical emergency at the jail. An inmate was having chest pains

  • 1:10 a.m. Officers made extra patrols in Tunnelton 
  • 1:34 a.m. Report of a fight in the 1120 block of West Oak Street. A male was arrested
  • 1:55 a.m. Police made extra patrols at Shawswick School
  • 2:21 a.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 30 block of Patton View Road
  • 3:45 p.m. 911 call in the 1830 block of State Road 37. It was an accidental call
  • 4:15 p.m. Medical emergency at Casey’s General Store in Oolitic. A male was came in the store screaming someone was after him. The male was having a psychotic incident
  • 4:15 a.m. Report of a 15-year-old male juvenile is being threatened in the 320 block of Stove Road. The caller reported someone was in the house and that person left through a bedroom window
