(SALEM) – Salem Community Schools announced that in-person instruction will be closed through Friday, Oct. 30, due to COVID related issues.
Remote learning will take place daily until in-person instruction resumes on Monday, Nov. 2.
Currently, COVID cases, close contact, and self-quarantining are impacting all three of the community school buildings.
Individual student course work will be posted by the teachers to Google Classroom by 9 a.m. each day.
IHSAA in season activities may continue at this time during remote learning days. Online Lions will continue as scheduled.
