Jackson County Commissioners Vote To Keep County Offices Closed Through End of May

(BROWNSTOWN) – The Jackson County Commissioners voted last week to keep the county offices closed to the public through the end of May due to safety issues.

This does not mean offices are closed entirely. Anyone who needs to visit the courthouse can do so by making an appointment by phone or through email.

The commissioners are asking that anyone who can take care of their needs online to do so at jacksoncounty.in.gov.

Property tax payments may be made through the mail, or drop off their payment in a drop box at the back entrance of the courthouse or online at www.jackson-tax.net.
