(OOLITIC) – Due to the rules and guidelines set forth by state and local government and public health officials, the Oolitic Town Council will meet only in an abbreviated session on Monday, March 30th.
The council will only consider essential items, sign payroll and accounts payable claims and hear any emergency information from department heads.
Although the meeting will be open to the public for observation only, in order to follow public health guidelines, residents are asked to only attend if they have an emergency item of business that cannot wait until a future session.
Additionally, the public hearing for stormwater rate increases has been canceled.
