(MITCHELL) – The Mitchell Community Schools Board of Trustees will meet at 6:00 p.m. in a regular session on Monday, January 13th.
The Board of Trustees will meet immediately following the regular session in an executive session of the Board of Finance.
On the agenda:
1. Discussion with respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6 (6)
2. To discuss job performance evaluations of individual employees as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (9)
3. Discussion with respect to pending litigation as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1 (2b)
4. To discuss the purchase or lease of real property by the governing body up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D).
