Mary Ann Beyers – Shoals
August 6, 1939 – May 3, 2018
Mary Ann Beyers, 78, of Shoals, passed away at 2:28 a.m., Thursday at the Memorial Hospital and Healthcare Center in Jasper.
She was born August 6, 1939 in Martin County to Knofel and Grace (Salmon) Holt. She was homemaker, a member of the Shoals Nazarene Church, enjoyed reading, working in her flower garden and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include two sons, Tim (Cheryl) Beyers of Shoals, Jarrod (Brenda) Beyers of Ferdinand; three daughters, Rita (Paul) Mathers of French Lick, Reba (Jeff) Moffitt of West Baden, Grace Nugent of Loogootee; thirteen grandchildren, Michelle Hert, Amanda Mills, Leanna Nugent, Josh Moffitt, Bradley Nugent, Corey Nugent, Matthew Mathers, Jeff Mathers, Sara Durbin, Megan Mathers, Caleb Moffitt, Hattie Moffitt and Dawson Beyers; a special “adopted” granddaughter, Audra Deckard; one sister Wanda Hopkins of Shoals; eleven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
She is preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Gordon Holt, Bob Holt, Donald Holt and Dale Holt.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the Queen-Lee Chapel in Shoals with Rev. Kevin Quinn officiating. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 11 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
The Queen-Lee Chapel of the Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes is in charge of the arrangements.
Lincoln Knox King – Bedford

Lincoln Knox King, 5 months, of Bedford, passed away on May 2, 2018 at 6:15 a.m. at his residence.
Born December 2, 2017 in Bloomington, IN, he was the son of Justin and Rita (Tuddy) King.
Lincoln is survived by his parents, Justin and Rita King; four half-brothers, Mason, Jarrett and Cooper Mack and Zachary King; maternal grandmother, Offie Tuddy; paternal grandparents, Richard and Barbara King; great-grandparents, Nona Tincher and Delores Duggar; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Ronnie Tuddy.
Visitation will be on Friday, May 4, 2018 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes. Funeral services will be on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with Pastor Phil Thorne officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell City Cemetery.

Jody Lee McLaughlin – Bedford

Jody Lee McLaughlin passed away in Ft. Wayne.
Born December 17, 1971 in Bedford, he was the son of Raymond and Jean (Brewer) McLaughlin.
He is survived by his mother, Jean and husband Wendell Sullivan; two sons, Cody and Garrett; daughter, Miley of Jeffersonville, IN; two nieces, Allison (Nick) Hembree and Adrianne (Jeremy) Karr.
He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond; two brothers, Eugene and Tim McLaughlin.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 3- 5 PM at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes.

Bobby Joe Hibbard – Bedford

The lord called home one of his most kind hearted souls, Bobby Joe Hibbard, on Friday, April 27, 2018 at IU Health Hospice House, Bloomington.
Born April 19, 1935 in Laurel County, Kentucky, he was the son of Joseph Marshall and Polly Jane (Feltner) Hibbard,
He married Amely Brown on July 6, 1956; she passed away on October 28, 2013. Bobby Joe was retired from General Motors, Indianapolis and was a member of Bartlettsville Christian Church.
He is survived by his daughter, Karen Darlene (William) Swallers of Knightstown, IN; son, Bobby (Becky) Hibbard II of Camby, IN; grandchildren, Joshua Swallers, Zachary Swallers, William Swallers, Steven Swallers, Jessica Hibbard, Alyssa Hibbard, Bobby Joe Hibbard III; several great grandchildren; Sister, Florence (Allen) Scott.
He is also survived by his loving companion, Nancy Deckard, her daughter, Amber (Levi) Godsey and Grandchildren, Bracie, Brandt and Adacyn
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Amely; daughter, Carolyn Sue; seven brothers and sisters.
A memorial service will be on Friday, May 4, 2018 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Bartlettsville Christian Church, with Tim Day officiating.
