Anita Darlene Collins – Mitchell
September 20, 1959 – March 16, 2016
Anita Darlene Collins, 56, of Mitchell, passed away at 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, 2016, at Indiana University Health Hospice House, Bloomington.
Born September 20, 1959 in Lawrence County, Indiana, she was the daughter of William S. and Billie L. (Hammack) Collins.
She was of the protestant faith.
Survivors include her father, William S. Collins; mother, LeeEtta Collins; three aunts, Carolyn (Charlie) Beasley, Nancy Davis, and Shirley Tolliver; one uncle, Dean (Joyce) Collins; friend, Gilbert Jameson; two children, Shannon (Dallas) Roll and Dustin Jameson; several cousins; and siblings, Pamela Melvin, Leroy Wade, and Jerry Wade.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Billie L. Collins, and sister, Terry Lynn Collins.
Funeral service will be on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Ferguson-Lee Funeral Home, with Brother Marty Speer officiating. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday from 8 a.m. until the service hour at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the White River Humane Society Spay and Neuter Program in memory of Anita and Billie Collins.

Clyde Leland Shirley – Bedford

Clyde Leland Shirley, 70, of Bedford, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at his residence.
Born December 18, 1945, in Leipsic, he was the son of Charles Leland and Virginia Mae (Hall) Shirley. He married Kathy Roach September 4, 1999 Clyde retired from RCA with 33 years of service. He was a member of Fraternal Order of the Eagles No. 654, Loyal Order Moose Lodge No. 1085, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9107. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and fishing and hunting.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Shirley of Bedford; children, Brent (Christy) Shirley of Bedford, Darrin (Crystal) Shirley of Bedford, Robyn (Michael Mayhair) Shirley of Bedford; stepchildren, Susan (Derek) Melvin of Bedford, Misty Wiley of Bedford, Danny (Amy) Garland of Fayetteville, Jerry Garland of Bedford; 26 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and two on the way; siblings, Don (Barbara) Shirley of Bedford, Doris Duncan of Bedford, Ruby (Ben) Tuell of Bedford, Betty (Jerry Hignite) Goen of Bedford, Judy (Norman) Gerkin of Montgomery; several nieces and nephews
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Georgia Duncan, Linda Crawford, Carolyn Wessell, Harold, Eugene, Bill, and Jim Shirley.
Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Carlton Cemetery with Pastor Johnny Johnson officiating. A memorial service will be conducted by the Fraternal Order of Eagles No.654. Friends may call from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. Saturday at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
