Margaret Frances White of Mitchell passed away Friday evening at Dunn Memorial Hospital at the age of 80.
Born in 1928 in Lawrence County to Cap Reynolds and May York, Margaret was a seamstress at Bell Cleaners for 27 years and Purkhiser Cleaners for 14 years, and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
She is survived by her sons David and Terry, daughters Linda and Shirley, 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband Noble.
Funeral mass will be held tomorrow morning at 10:00am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Mitchell with burial to follow at Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00pm tonight at Chastain Funeral Home.
