Charles Edgar Way of Shoals passed away Wednesday at The Waters in Jasper at the age of 52.
Born in 1956 in Washington to Walter and Susan Way, Charles was a sawyer for a local sawmill and member of Shoals United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his brother Harold.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one uncle.
Services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm at Queen-Lee Funeral Home in Shoals with burial to follow at Simmons Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon until time of service Sunday at Queen-Lee.
