Caregiver University Session Focusing On Holiday Stress

(BLOOMINGTON) - The holidays can be stressful for any family. Learning to take care of yourself is key during this hectic time of year at the Managing Holiday Stress Caregiver University session from 10 - 11 a.m. on Dec. 11, at the Monroe County Public Library.

This is the last Caregiver University session of 2017.

Those attending will learn stress management techniques and the importance of taking time for themselves.

The Alzheimer's Resource Service, a service of IU Health Community Health Bloomington, in partnership with Purdue Extension of Monroe County, offers Caregiver University sessions at no cost.
