The Indianapolis Children’s Choir to raise $80,000 with Big Fun Event

INDIANAPOLIS – Don’t miss your chance to take a mini vacation right here in Indy, complete with festive food, tropical drinks, and entertainment – all in support of a great cause.

The Indianapolis Children’s Choir (ICC) is hosting its largest annual fundraising event called the Big Fun Event on April 21, 2023, with the theme of A Tropical Paradise. The ICC has a goal of raising $80,000 to support its renowned choral music programming for the youth of Indianapolis. The event is open to the public, and tickets are required to attend.

This year, there are several exciting elements that attendees can look forward to. The Big Fun Event – A Tropical Paradise will be held at the Indianapolis Yacht Club to bring the island vibe to life. Attendees can expect a tiki bar, dinner, a wine and whiskey pull, and other great ways to support the choir’s programs including a live auction and a giving wall, and terrific entertainment, including a special performance by ICC singers.

Funds raised during the annual Big Fun Event directly assist with the ICC’s vision of providing music education and performance opportunities to all children in central Indiana – bridging cultures, ethnicities, and economic backgrounds. Contributions given during the event will support the ICC’s choirs, music education outreach programs in the community, the Jubilate Choir for children with special needs, and our financial assistance program; enabling the ICC to keep our programs accessible to more than 2,500 children and youth in 45 different programs and ensembles.

Please join us for The Big Fun Event – A Tropical Paradise as we raise funds for this valuable music programming in our community! The generous support during the annual Big Fun Event brings the magic of song into the lives of children who otherwise might not be able to sing, perform, and experience the ICC.
