BEDFORD – Will Adams, a senior at Bedford North Lawrence High School, has been named the Genius Jock for the month of March, presented by the attorneys at Pittman Law firm, Greg Pittman and Michelle Woodward.
Adams, the son of Bill and Jamie Adams, worked hard both on and off the field, playing on the school’s baseball team for four years while maintaining a GPA of 4.1.
Adams is also a member of the Student Athlete Leadership Team, Pep Club National Honor Society Vice President, Beta Club, Student Council, Senior Class Vice President, Santa Stars – President, Renaissance Club and Wednesday Morning Bible Study. He is a volunteer for the Mt. Pleasant Christian Church youth group.
During his time at BNL, Adams was awarded Rotary Club Student of the Month, Daughters of American Revolution Award and Math Star of the Month.
After graduating, Adams plans to attend Purdue University for actuarial science.
