  • 10:41 a.m. Officers were out with a vehicle at US 50 West and Hummingbird Lane
  • 11:12 a.m. Report of unwanted people in vehicles in the 1000 block of US 50 East at the Tabernacle of Praise Church. Trucking Company Laudick Trucking Inc. from Sunman, IN. The semi broke down last night so they parked it in the parking lot to get it off the roadway. They have another semi and trailer coming to pick it up
  • 11:15 a.m. Follow-up investigation in the 100 block of Tunnelton Bono Road
  • 11:39 a.m. Traffic stop in the 800 block of West Main Street. The driver was cited for not having a valid driver’s license
  • 11:40 a.m.  A person was at the station to report a scam. The person said someone is pretending to be a public defender and stated her son was in jail. But her son was asleep in the house at the time of the call. The caller wanted $8,000. The call was made from a Bedford phone number. The caller said they would have someone come to her house to pick up the money
  • 12:03 p.m. Controlled fire in the 800 block of Rocky Creek West
  • 12:30 p.m. Citizen assist at Cement Plant Road. The caller found a large knife
  • 1:01 p.m. Traffic stop in the 400 block of Peerless Road. The driver was given a verbal warning for an equipment violation
