  • 5:46 a.m. Report of a tree in the roadway at Tripleton Pike and Indian Creek Camp Road

  • 7:23 a.m. A woman in the 3000 block of Vincennes Road in Mitchell reported she came home to find her house door open. When she left the door was closed and locked. She would like to speak to an officer. Officers will make extra patrols

The caller reported they have reports of a student texting others saying not to come to school because a student had made threats to bring a gun to school. Officers responded to a home in the 1000 block of 19th Street. A male juvenile was detained and Juvenile Probation was alerted
  • 6:08 p.m. Report of an erratic driver in a dark-colored SUV traveling north on State Road 37 at Main Street at the Oolitic light. Indiana State Police were alerted

  • 7:40 p.m. A woman reported her children are at a home in the 100 block of Riggle Road and the female there will not allow her to take her children. ISP responded. The female caller was having a psychotic issue and agreed to willingly go to the hospital. A relative transported her to IU Health Bedford Hospital. The trooper followed them to the hospital
  • 7:44 p.m. Request for animal control to the 6000 block of State Road 58 East. A dog was hit by a vehicle and injured. The dog was put down due to its injuries
  • 7:50 p.m. House check was done in the 4000 block of Dixie Highway. The home was secure
  • 8:20 p.m. Traffic stop at West Main and North 9th streets. Four people were detained after drugs were found in the vehicle
  • 8:23 p.m. Warrant service in the 1000 block of I Street
