  • 1:21 a.m. Traffic stop at State Road 37 and Wesley Chapel Road. A citation was issued for expired license plates
  • 1:27 a.m. An information report was taken in the 200 block of Greer Lane. A woman reported she is being touched inappropriately and she can hear people talking but cannot see anyone
  • 2 a.m. Officers made extra patrols in Huron
  • 2:04 a.m. Repossession reported in the 100 block of Maple Leaf Road
  • 2:06 a.m. Request for a welfare check in the 3000 block of State Road 37
  • 2:18 a.m. Request for animal control for cattle out in the 1000 block of Bartlettsville Road
  • 2:44 a.m. Business check in the 5000 block of State Road 37. The building was secure

  • 3:09 p.m. A resident in the 400 block of Vinegar Hill Road reported receiving a scam call and a letter from Duke Energy stating her power was going to be turned off unless she paid. The caller was told Duke Energy no longer accepts checks as payment for a bill
  • 3:19 p.m. Agency assist in the 1000 block of Hickory Grove Road with the Department of Child Services. The caseworker reported the parent is not to be with the child but the parent went and picked up the child
  • 3:41 p.m. Traffic stop on State Road 446. The driver was given a verbal warning for a traffic violation
  • 3:59 p.m. Vehicle fire reported in the 400 block of US 50 West
  • 4:01 p.m. Disable vehicle reported at State Road 37 and West Main Street in Mitchell
  • 4:17 p.m. A person was at the Mitchell Police Department to speak to an officer about stolen packages
