LCIS to participate in Bully Prevention Spirit Week

FAYETTVILLE – The students at Lawrence County Independent Schools will be participating in a Bully Prevention Spirit week, starting next week.

Each day will feature a different spirit day where students can dress up, while learning of the importance of preventing bullying in the school. Ms. Anderson has a whole week of important topics that she has laid out for the students to learn together.

The spirit week days include:

  • Monday, October 24th – Comfy Clothes Day
    • “Cozy up to Kindness” by wearing comfy clothes
    • K-4: Pajama Day
    • 5-8: Cozy Flannel
  • Tuesday, October 25th – Hat Day
    • “Hats off to Kindness” by wearing your favorite hat
  • Wednesday, October 26th – LCIS Spirit Day
    • “We’re all on the Same Team” by wearing LCIS colors
  • Thursday, October 27th – Tie-Dye Day
    • “Let’s keep the Peace” by wearing tie-dye/ peace signs
  • Friday, October 28th – H.E.R.O. Day
    • “Help everyone respect others” by dressing up as your hero
