Gov. Holcomb, local officials to break ground on two Southwest Indiana READI Projects

PRINCETON – Governor Eric J. Holcomb and Princeton Mayor Greg Wright will join southwest Indiana community and economic development leaders today to break ground on two Indiana Regional Economic Acceleration and Development Initiative (READI) projects in Princeton. 

Toyota YMCA Project 
The Toyota Indiana YMCA is a $21 million investment slated to open in the summer of 2024. The 56,000-square-foot facility will offer first-class amenities to residents and newcomers.

The event will be held at 3 p.m. Central time at 215 West Water Street in Princeton. Street parking is available.

Princeton Housing Project: The District
The District is a $21 million workforce apartment complex that is slated to open in the spring of 2024. The 144-unit complex will offer affordable new housing to support local employers.

The event will be held at 4 p.m. Central time at South Second Avenue in Princeton. Street parking is available.
