Shelley R. Patterson, 71, of Springville, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022, at Community North
Hospital in Indianapolis.
Born November 22, 1950, in Bloomington, she was the daughter of Herschel “Doc” and Peggy (Owings) Hearth. She had worked at GE and later in food service for Indiana University. She loved to cook, read, and watch Westerns.
Survivors include a son, Jason Hearth, and wife, Misty Campbell and her daughter, Liberty Smith, of Heltonville; a daughter, Shanna Patterson, and her daughter, Maple Deckard, of Ellettsville; a sister, Shirley Goins, of Bloomington; a brother, Terry Hearth, of Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Bobby Hearth.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 21st in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter
Mortuary. Burial will follow in the Clover Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 20th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
