Meet the 2022 Mini Miss Pageant contestants

MITCHELL – The 75th Persimmon Festival will feature the Mini Miss crowning ceremony on Monday, September 19th at 7 p.m. at the Main Street Stage.

The 20 contestants in the Mini Miss Contest

This year, 20 young ladies are set to wow the audience, following their performances on Saturday, September 17th. The twenty contestants are listed below.

Jaydelyn McCain

Jaydelyn McCain

Jaydelyn, daughter of Jodi McCain and Travis Bailey, is a kindergartener at Lincoln Elementary School. Her favorite thing she did this summer was going to Disney World and meeting Anna and Elsa, and all of the other princesses.

Her favorite ride at the Persimmon Festival is the Dragon, and her favorite food at the festival is chicken nuggets and fries. When she grows up, she wants to be Elsa and a Cop.

One word she used to describe herself is loving.

Briella Amstutz

Briella Amstutz

Briella, daughter of Ashley and Dusty Amstutz, is a kindergartener at Hatfield Elementary School. Her favorite thing she did this summer was swimming in Florida.

Her favorite ride at the Persimmon Festival is the Ladybug, and her favorite food at the festival is cotton candy. When she grows up, she wants to be a teacher.

Eleanor Nicely

Eleanor, daughter of Caitlin and Matt Nicely, is a kindergartener at Hatfield Elementary School. Her favorite thing she did this summer was going to South Carolina with her family, and camping at Turkey Run State Park.

Her favorite ride at the Persimmon Festival is the big slide, and her favorite food at the festival is persimmon pudding. When she grows up, she wants to be a veteranarian.

Charlotte, daughter of Eden and Nick Stafford, is a kindergartener at Hatfield Elementary School. Her favorite thing she did this summer was going to Gatlinburg and spending time with her cousins and riding the ferris wheel.

Her favorite ride at the Persimmon Festival is the big slide, and her favorite food at the festival is the persimmon ice cream or any ice cream. When she grows up, she wants to be a Teacher.

Kylee, daughter of Cody Roberts and Amber Jenkins, with her guardians Dennis and Nikki Gratzer, is a kindergartener at Hatfield Elementary School. Her favorite thing she did this summer was going to Holiday World and Urban Air.

Her favorite ride at the Persimmon Festival is the big slide, and her favorite food at the festival is the persimmon ice cream. When she grows up, she wants to be an Artist.
