  • 1:45 a.m. Citizen assist in the 6060 block of State Road 60 West. A woman reported she was raped by the military after picking up drugs and other items from CVS and was TAZED and surrounded and handcuffed and raped. They then impounded her vehicle. She is tired of people using her phone and that a male put a chip in her head. She stated she was protecting the “law dogs’ from the military and now she wants them to protect her and she wants to speak to an officer. The female refused medical treatment.
  • 2:14 a.m. Request for animal control in the 5830 block of State Road 158. The caller reported the neighbor’s dogs are coming to her residence and killed her cat and two kittens=

  • 6:34 a.m. Report of an erratic driver in a white van on US 50 East and stopped at Ferrell Gas
  • 6:48 a.m. Report of a suspicious person at the boat ramp on State Road 37 at the dealerships The female caller reported a female was at the ramp asking for food and water. She was picking up food off the ground and walking toward the weeds and was sitting in the weeds now next to the boat ramp. Police located the woman but declined a ride to Jackson’s Mini mart or Speedway
  • 7:11 a.m. Report of a suspicious person in the 60 block of Valley Mission Road at Nevaeh Healing Center. The male is in a beat-up white GMC and is in possession of a gun but he left it in the truck. Officers located the vehicle at Johnny Junxions. Police found possible stolen items in the bed of the pickup. The male told police he was in an accident yesterday in Monroe County where he struck a parked ambulance near the old Kawasaki building. However, Monroe County Sheriff’s Department or Bloomington Police Department had no report of an accident involving an ambulance. The male was detained for the stolen items. The items were returned to the owner

The caller reported a black male in a red Mustang convertible pulled into the Dairy Bell drove through the yard and forced a female out of the vehicle and then left. The male returned and threw the woman’s phone out of the window. The female then got back into the vehicle and both left.

  • 1:46 a.m. 911 call on State Road 37, south of the Monroe County line. The caller believes they are having a heart attack or panic attack and are headed to IU Health Bedford Hospital. The caller refused to give information about their vehicle or themselves
