INDIANAPOLIS – The business development committee of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) board of directors will hold a meeting via phone at 3:30 p.m. EST on Monday, Aug. 29.

Prior thereto, the committee will hold a virtual executive session on Monday, Aug. 29, at 3 p.m. (EDT) for consideration of confidential pending incentive requests made to the State of Indiana by industrial or commercial prospects (confidential proposals in progress) and discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute, Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4) and Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(7).
The meeting will be held electronically in accordance with Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-3.6 and the IEDC’s Electronic Meeting Policy.
