MITCHELL – The Mitchell High School Class of 1982 are set to celebrate their 40th class reunion on Saturday, September 24th starting at 6 p.m. at the VFW Post 9107 on IN-60 in Mitchell.
The reunion, in conjunction with the closing of the 75th annual Persimmon Festival, is free for class members to attend and mingle with one another, and reminisce about the good old days.
There will be some items on hand to bid for and help raise funds for the Mitchell High School Scholarship fund, and donations are welcomed through the evening. Everyone attending is asked to bring their own snacks, enjoy some music and catch up with one another.
