The project has been slightly delayed due to a few delays and the discovery of waterlines that were not located properly on the town map. Due to this, the project has had to adjust the route for the system to the north side of Hall and Mathis avenues.

The remainder of the project will go on as previously planned, and barring any further delays due to weather or supply issues, the project is anticipated to move forward without any additional hiccups.

In contrast with the State Revolving Fund and OCRA Grant provided for the project, the first drawing of the funds were approved to pay Mitchell & Stark Construction $71,776.30. The total amount that will be drawn with this first drawing will total $83,376.30.
