DAVIESS CO. – Daviess County Republicans have selected Jennifer Welsh to serve as the Daviess County Auditor.
Jennifer Welsh was elected by unanimous vote Thursday night at the Daviess County Precinct Committeeman Caucus.
She took her oath of office on Friday.
Welsh will replace Patty Ball, who has left to pursue a career at a software company.
Welsh’s term will expire at the end of the year. She is running for auditor unopposed in the November election.
