BEDFORD – The Bedford Police Department has located Maci Stipp.
Earlier Stipp was reported missing.
Maci is 5’3″ tall and weighs approximately 115 lbs, has blue eyes and blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a white short-sleeve shirt and white skirt.
