Pie First Bakery offers homemade baked goods at Saturday’s Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market

BLOOMINGTON – Pie First Bakery is back at the Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market this Saturday. The Market is open from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Showers Commons at 401 North Morton Street.

This Saturday you will find their bright pink tent and lavender table cloths with displays of all the baked goods you’ve come to enjoy. They’ve been with this Market since 2014, and, as in years past, they’ll be there every other Saturday.

Louise Miracle started Pie First Bakery and is dedicated to keeping alive the important American tradition of being able to enjoy scratch-baked pies and tarts, cookies, cakes, scones, muffins, cinnamon rolls, cheesecakes, quiche, and other baked goods. They use only homemade, hand-rolled crusts, batters, and doughs.

Each baked good is made with quality ingredients such as real butter and whipping cream, the tastiest of fruits, along with the best spices and flavorings vanilla from Madagascar, cinnamon from Sumatra, and freshly-grated nutmeg. You won’t find any artificial ingredients or preservatives.

Here are the dates when you will see Pie First at the Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market:

  • June 4 & 18
