Jill Ann Baker, 54, of Jeffersonville, passed away Friday, May 20, 2022, at the Norton Healthcare Pavilion in Louisville.
Born March 2, 1968, in Salem, she was the daughter of Ronald and Sue Ann (Tolbert) Baker.
Jill was a member of the Saltillo Christian Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. Jill loved antiquing and gardening; especially working with the flowers in her flower beds.
Surviving is her children, Jason (Elisha) Bendett of Mitchell, Kristin (Rick) Summers of Sellersburg, Samantha Tharpe of Columbus, Katelyn (Taylor) Combs of New Albany; grandchildren, Jonathan Bendett, Mia Bendett, Lily Bendett, Owen Summers, and Olivia Summers; mother, Sue Ann Baker of Orleans; brother, Joe (Sherry) Baker of Davie, Florida; and companion, James Cochran of Jeffersonville.
Her father preceded her in death.
The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Pastor Dwight Dunbar officiating. The burial will be in Saltillo Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
