Multiple ways to benefit Hope Resource Center coming up this week

BEDFORD – On Saturday, May 14th, two separate events will take place to go towards benefiting Hope Resource Center in Bedford.

These two events, the Hope 5K Walk for Life, and the Hope Resource Center Ride for Life will be taking place at two locations, the Bedford First Baptist Church at 1515 20th Street for the 5K, and the American Legion Gillen Post #33 for the ride.

The non-profit helps women and families in the area with treatments and services for pre, and post-pregnancy individuals. From pregnancy tests and ultrasounds, to counseling and pregnancy options, Hope Resource is there to help.

Registration for the 5K walk can be done by calling (812) 275-2827. There will be t-shirts and donation sites to help the organization further.

Ride for Lifemrequests donation of $20.00 per bike. There will be T-shirts for sale at the event, and a 50/50 drawing. Rain or shine, motorcycles, jeeps and other cars are welcome to join in the ride, beginning and ending at the American Legion building at 515 X Street.
