JACKSON CO. — Indiana Department of Transportation maintenance crews plan to close a section of State Road 258 on Monday, May 9, to replace a culvert in Jackson County.
INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, avoid distractions, and consider worker safety when traveling through active work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
The road is scheduled to close from approximately 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., between County Road 190 West and County Road 300 West, east of Freetown.
Access will be maintained for residents within the closure.
All work is expected to be complete on Monday.
