Packed house during Parkview Primary Spring Carnival’s return

BEDFORD – The Parkview Spring Carnival offered families to come and enjoy games and a chance to win prizes for the first time prior to COVID-19.

Tickets were sold before the event, five tickets for $1, with at-the-door prices awarding four tickets instead. The event had over 10 booths as well as a chance to win prize baskets during a ticket raffle.

Rachel Boshears, Kindergarten Teacher at Parkview

“It offers an opportunity for us to give back to the kids and families. This doesn’t bring in a lot of money typically, so we just wanted to come together and have fun while playing fun games,” said Parkview Kindergarten Teacher Rachel Boshears. “There are more people here than we had anticipated, which is always a good problem to have, so we are just glad to have everyone here together having fun.”

The event also had a bouncy house, food, and featured Hoover’s Candy Shop for families to take a break from all of the fun, while filling up on great food and sweets.
