MARION CO. – The Indiana Department of Child Services, in partnership with Children’s Bureau + Families First, will honor Child Abuse Prevention Month by dyeing the Indiana Central Canal blue on Tuesday, April 12 at 9 a.m. at the Indiana Central Canal at the Ohio Street Basin.
Guest speakers will be:

- Marlin Jackson, prevention partner and former Indianapolis Colts cornerback
