GREENE CO. – TeamOrtho and My Clinics are again offering Free Sports Physicals at each Greene County school.
Be sure to fill out an IHSAA physical form and TeamOrtho consent to treat form. Both forms are located on GreeneCounty.com website under the TeamOrtho tab.
Sign-ups are through each school:
- April 6, 2022- Shakamak School
- April 14, 2022- Linton-Stockton School
- April 20, 2022- Bloomfield School
- April 26, 2022- Eastern-Greene High School
- April 28, 2022- WRV High School
