1. Preliminary hearing for Jeremy Estep / Chase Wicker with Tolson Investments LLC. Who request a special exception permit for the property located at 3160 John Williams Blvd. Bedford, IN. 47421. They wish to put a car wash on this property, and it is currently zoned B-3 Planned Business District which allows for a car wash under a special exception permit.
2. Preliminary hearing for Mike Wood who is requesting a rezoning of his property located at 1820 Washington Avenue Bedford, IN, 47421. Mike is wishing to turn this property into a duplex. Currently, the property is zoned B-1 Convenience Business and Mike wishes to rezone it to R-2 to allow for the two-family dwelling.
