Officials would like to thank their partner, the Indiana Association for College Admissions Counseling (INACAC), for their collaboration on the 2021 Student Advocates Conference. As a part of the annual “Transitions” conference, INACAC will sponsor four (4) dynamic sessions that promote inclusion, increase access to higher education, and center on student success.

INACAC hosted sessions this year include:

  • The impact of declining college enrollment in Indiana.Challenges and solutions of serving students with College Ambitions during COVID.
  • I’ll Help; Practical solutions to help first-generation students prepare for Higher Education.
  • College, trades, or military? Why exposure matters for creating bright futures.

These and other similar sessions will be tagged as “Transitions” sessions, which seek to continue the urgent conversations regarding homeless youth in Indiana and the steps taken to get them from high school to college and the significant barriers they face.

INACAC is Indiana’s organization of counseling professionals dedicated to serving students as they explore options and make choices about pursuing post-secondary education. Its mission is to establish and maintain high professional standards in college admissions guidance in secondary schools and colleges.

The 2021 Student Advocates Conference is generously supported by Strada Education Network and is hosted in partnership with the Indiana Association for College Admission Counseling
