BEDFORD – The City of Bedford Board of Works and Safety will meet in executive session on Monday, September 20, 2021, at 4:30 p.m., or immediately following the regular meeting of the City of Bedford Board of Works and Safety.
The Board will discuss:
- To discuss strategy with respect to initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B);
- To discuss the purchase or lease of real property by the governing body up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D).
