BLOOMINGTON – The Bloomington Common Council will meet this Wednesday.
The council will meet at 6:30 p.m. and followed in a special session at 7:45 p.m.
Per executive order, the 6:30 p.m. meeting will be conducted electronically on Zoom. The public may access the meeting at this link.
The 6:30 p.m. meeting will be chaired by Susan Sandberg.
On the agenda:
The council will discuss Ordinance 21-34 – To Amend Title 2 of the Bloomington Municipal Code Entitled “Administration and Personnel” – Re: Amending BMC 2.04.420 (Motion to adjourn or recess) to place greater limits on the duration of council meetings that they may end at a reasonable hour.
The meeting is sponsored by council member Stephen Volan.
