Learn to process your own deer

INDIANA – Are you interested in learning the skills to take your wild game from field to table?

The Purdue Cooperative Extension Service in partnership with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources will hold its award-winning deer processing workshop at two locations this September.

The workshop includes a demonstration of deer processing and packing techniques, venison recipes, and food safety information.

Adult registration is $10, and children are admitted free of charge. Advance registration is appreciated.
