When officers arrived they found 22-year-old Dalson Terrell.

Terrell told officers he didn’t have a valid driver’s license.

Officers were given permission to search his vehicle. Police found a loaded syringe of fentanyl, and a sawed-off catalytic converter in the passenger seat.

The probable cause affidavit does not state if Terrell was there to seek treatment or was there for other reasons.

Terrell was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of a narcotic drug.
