Farm sustainability alliance set to announce growth in scope, diversity

GREEN BAY, Wis. — The partners in a five-year-old alliance focused on supporting farmers in their conservation efforts will make an announcement on Tuesday about the transformation of the organization, which continues to grow in scope, diversity, and project innovation.  

WHO:

  • Lauren Brey, director of strategic partnerships and sustainability for the Dairy Business Association and Edge Dairy Farmer Cooperative, based in Wisconsin.
  • Paul Cornette, a dairy farmer in Luxemburg, Wis.
  • Steve Richter, agricultural strategies director at The Nature Conservancy in Wisconsin.
  • Greg Steele, senior dairy lending specialist at Compeer Financial, based in the Upper Midwest.
