Catherine L. (Flinn) Foddrill, 90, of Bedford, passed away Saturday, April 3, 2021, at Stonebridge Health Campus in Bedford.
Born November 26, 1930, in Lawrence Country, she was the daughter of Edmund Flinn and Josephine (White) Flinn. She married Jack Foddrill on December 31, 1949, and he survives.
Catherine was a cheerleader and a graduate of Tunnelton High School with the class of 1949. She is a retired loan officer with Farm Production Credit Association and was a member of Pinhook Church of Christ. She was an avid bowler and doll collector. She also continuously enjoyed family vacations and she and Jack traveled the country with Bill and Mary Mattox.
Surviving to cherish the memory of Catherine include her husband, Jack; two daughters, Becky (Steve) Skillman and Trudy (Jon) Wagner; two grandchildren, Aaron Skillman and Kelsey Watrol; two great-grandchildren, Annabella and Peter Watrol; and one sister, Sue (Jim) Standish.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister in infancy.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes with Bro. Paul Guthrie officiating. Burial will follow in Pinhook Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Wednesday at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel.
