BEDFORD – The City of Bedford Spring Clean Sweep is April 17 – May 3.
Residential items such as old tires (limited), appliances, construction materials, carpet, things that normally cannot be picked up will be picked up.
This is for residential homes only.
Extra household trash will also be picked up anytime in moderation. Extra household trash must be in a separate pile from the items listed above.
Extra trash is picked up anytime by calling 812-279-9222 all year round.
It will take longer than usual due to the amount of work orders the city will have during clean sweep.
The City of Bedford has a 24/7 voicemail set up and requests that you leave a message including your address and the items that need to be picked up at 812-279-9222.
