Ronald Day Arbuckle, 81, of Bedford, passed away at 3:20 p.m. on Friday, December 11, 2020, at Garden Villa.
Born August 11, 1939, in Lawrence Co., he was the son of James Clarence and Pauline F. (Rodler) Arbuckle. He married Linda Terrell and she preceded him in death. He was a laborer for Summitt & Evans Stone Mill. He was a member of the National Rifle Assoc. and the White River
Bow Hunters, and a CB Ham Radio operator. He loved fishing, hunting, and nature photography.
Survivors include children, Ronda Ryan (Billy), Donald Arbuckle (Karmen), and Amanda Arbuckle (Byford), all of Bedford; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two step-children, Annette and David; three step grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a grandson, Donald “D.J.” Arbuckle; eight siblings, Mary Potter, Jean (Fred) Walls, Jane (John) Fiddler, Peggy (Charles) Tumey, George “Tim” Arbuckle, James “Jimmy” Arbuckle, Donald R. Arbuckle, and Steve Arbuckle.
A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
