Two Orleans Men Arrested For Dealing Meth

(ORANGE CO.) – Indiana State Police arrested two people on meth charges after a lengthy investigation.

Troopers arrested 36-year-old Jacob Bachman and 48-year-old Erica Hopper, both of Orleans.

The investigation began after Indiana State Police received information that both Bachman and Hopper were dealing methamphetamine in and around Orleans and the Mitchell area

The Indiana State Police Drug Enforcement Section initiated an investigation which led to information that Bachman and Hopper were indeed distributing meth in the Orleans and Mitchell areas.

Indiana State Police Trooper Chance Humphrey, Officer Drew Henderson of the Orleans Police Department, and Officer Shaun Cabral of the Mitchell Police Department located both individuals at the West Gate Manor apartment complex in Orleans.

Jacob Bachman and Erica Hopper were arrested today on warrants issued out of Orange Circuit Court on a Level 3 felony for dealing methamphetamine. 

They were taken into custody without incident and were transported to the Orange County Jail, where both are currently being detained.
