(BEDFORD) – A Bloomfield woman was arrested after she allegedly pushed a staff member at Transitions Medical Monday.
Bedford Police officers arrested 41-year-old Kyla Sharp on a charge of battery.
According to Chief Terry Moore, officers were called to Transitions after a report of a battery on a staff member.
Officers learned Sharp was also wanted on two outstanding warrants.
“Officers arrived and took Kyla Sharp into custody,” said Chief Moore. “Officers interviewed two staff members who stated that Sharp was upset with a room check. During the room check Sharp became angry pushing one of the staff members into a door causing pain and bruising to her left arm.”
