Bloomington Mayor Joins City Leaders To Discuss Actions Toward Racial Equity As Community Recovers Forward

(BLOOMINGTON) – Bloomington Mayor John Hamilton’s Recover Forward initiative seeks to rebuild the community in a more permanently equitable way as it recovers from the current public health and economic crisis.  

In a Zoom conference call today, from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. to be streamed live at the City of Bloomington Facebook page, Mayor Hamilton speaks about current and proposed actions to cultivate racial equity with Community and Family Resources Director Beverly Calender-Anderson, Chief of Police Mike Diekhoff, and City Council Member Jim Sims.
