(MEDORA) – A fire this morning destroyed Downs Garage located at 18 North George Street in Medora.
The fire also damaged two nearby homes.
Several fire departments are on the scene including Carr Township Volunteer Fire Department.
Firefighters battled strong winds which caused the fire to spread quickly.
Also on the scene are officers from Medora Police Department, Brownstown Police Department, Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, and Jackson County EMS service.
